Cinnamon Crackers

Total Time: 1 hr 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 cup flax seed meal ("golden" recommended)
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 275 degrees.
  • 2 mix together dry ingredients, then add water.
  • 3 spread mixture on cookie sheet on silicone baking mat.
  • 4 cover with waxed paper and roll or pat out to even thickness -- thinner is better, but thickness must be uniform so that edges do not overcook.
  • 5 score into squares using a pizza cutter.
  • 6 bake for about 1 hour, until crispy. crackers will continue to crisp as they cool.
  • 7 allow to cool, then break apart on scores.
