Cinnamon Crackers

Ingredients
- 1 cup flax seed meal ("golden" recommended)
- 1/3 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup water
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 275 degrees.
- 2 mix together dry ingredients, then add water.
- 3 spread mixture on cookie sheet on silicone baking mat.
- 4 cover with waxed paper and roll or pat out to even thickness -- thinner is better, but thickness must be uniform so that edges do not overcook.
- 5 score into squares using a pizza cutter.
- 6 bake for about 1 hour, until crispy. crackers will continue to crisp as they cool.
- 7 allow to cool, then break apart on scores.
