Brazil Nut Chips

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb shelled brazil nut
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Recipe

  • 1 cover shelled nuts with water. bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes. cut into slices lenghtwise with a very sharp knife. spread in shallow pans.
  • 2 add the butter. salt well. and toast at 350f until the chips are brown and toasty.
  • 3 drain on absorbent paper.
  • 4 note time varies. keep an eye on them.
