Cheese Wafers

Total Time: 32 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups flour
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups rice krispies

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 cut butter into flour.
  • 3 add cheese and seasonings.
  • 4 fold in cereal.
  • 5 drop by small spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets and flatten with back of spoon.
  • 6 bake for 10-15 minutes.
  • 7 don't let them get too brown!
