Cheese Whoopsies

Ingredients
- 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups flour
- 1 jar apple butter
Recipe
- 1 combine butter and cheese.
- 2 add flour and mix thoroughly.
- 3 shape into rolls 18" long and 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
- 4 wrap rolls in foil or waxed paper.
- 5 chill at least 3 hours.
- 6 preheat oven to 350º.
- 7 slice dough about 1/4 inch thick.
- 8 place slices about 1/2 inch apart on non-stick foil-covered baking sheet.
- 9 bake 8-10 minutes, or till light brown.
- 10 carefully remove from sheet and allow to cool.
- 11 sandwich apple butter between two rounds.
