- 1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 dash salt
- 3 ounces parmesan cheese
- grated swiss cheese, on top
Recipe
- 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 drain and chop artichokes.
- 3 mix all ingrediants together, put in oven proof dish.
- 4 bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
