Bacon-wrapped Water Chestnuts

Ingredients
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 (12 ounce) packages of regular bacon
- 2 (8 ounce) cans water chestnuts
- toothpick
Recipe
- 1 soak the toothpicks in water.
- 2 preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 cut the bacon in half horizontally.
- 4 generously rub pinches of brown sugar on both sides of the bacon.
- 5 roll a waterchestnut in the bacon.
- 6 secure with a toothpick.
- 7 place on a greased pan.
- 8 repeat until all the bacon is used up.
- 9 bake for 15 minutes or until bacon is crispy.
