1000 Island Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (8 ounce) container thousand island dressing (can use regular or any of the light versions)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (can also substitute with light version)

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients into a mixing bowl.
  • 2 blend with with hand-held mixer until the mixture has the consistency and texture of cottage cheese.
  • 3 serve chilled with vegetables commonly used for crudite trays, such as cauliflower, celery, carrots, broccoli, etc.
