- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
- 2 chopped garlic cloves
- 6 ounces sourdough bread (4 slices)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 dice tomatoes and remove seeds.
- 2 add basil and garlic.
- 3 brush olive oil over sourdough.
- 4 grind salt and pepper over bread.
- 5 broil till brown.
- 6 serve bread with tomatoes.
