- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 lb chicken tenders, boneless, skinless
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 2 tablespoons blue cheese, crumbled

Recipe
- 1 combine hot sauce, paprika and red pepper; brush on chicken. place chicken in baking dish. cover; marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- 2 bake, uncovered, at 375° for 15 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
- 3 meanwhile, combine sour cream and cheese; chill.
- 4 to serve, place tenders on plate. surround with celery sticks and place the bowl of dip in the middle.
