Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 (14 ounce) can of chicken breasts or 1 -1 1/2 cup left over chicken breast
- buffalo, sauce- add to your taste. i usually add 1/2 cup of frank's buffalo sauce
- 1 cup finely shredded cheese, of your choice
- serve with frito scoops or tortillas, chips. i also have served with a crusty italian or sourdough bread
Recipe
- 1 soften your cream cheese and spread into a shallow dish or platter.
- 2 drain chicken and chop up. if you use left over chicken, you will need to shred or chop up in a small dice.
- 3 mix chicken with buffalo sauce to your taste. i like it moist because it will be baked and i don't like it to dry out.
- 4 spread chicken mixture evenly over the cream cheese.
- 5 top the chicken with shredded cheese.
- 6 bake in a 350 degree oven until heated through and bubbling around the edges.
