Baked Vegetable Dip

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, drained
  • 1 (15 -16 ounce) can asparagus, drained
  • 1 (15 -16 ounce) can artichokes, drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) container chive & onion cream cheese (not whipped)
  • 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Recipe

  • 1 combine chopped spinach, asparagus and artichokes in food processor. blend with cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese blend until desired consistency.
  • 2 put in glass baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
  • 3 bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
