Baked Vegetable Dip

Ingredients
- 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, drained
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) can asparagus, drained
- 1 (15 -16 ounce) can artichokes, drained
- 1 (8 ounce) container chive & onion cream cheese (not whipped)
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
Recipe
- 1 combine chopped spinach, asparagus and artichokes in food processor. blend with cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups parmesan cheese blend until desired consistency.
- 2 put in glass baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
- 3 bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
