- 1 brie round
- 1 pastry dough
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons milk
Recipe
- 1 completely enclose cheese in pastry.
- 2 make egg wash of egg and milk.
- 3 put brie on baking sheet with seam side of dough down.
- 4 brush with egg wash.
- 5 cut garnish of leaves, flowers, etc., from scraps of pastry and decorate top of brie.
- 6 bake at 350f about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
