Brie En Croute

Ingredients

• Servings: 5
• 1 brie round
• 1 pastry dough
• 1 egg
• 2 tablespoons milk

Recipe

• 1 completely enclose cheese in pastry.
• 2 make egg wash of egg and milk.
• 3 put brie on baking sheet with seam side of dough down.
• 4 brush with egg wash.
• 5 cut garnish of leaves, flowers, etc., from scraps of pastry and decorate top of brie.
• 6 bake at 350f about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
