Baked Bean And Rosemary Spread

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cans beans, drained
  • 4 teaspoons wine vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • salt
  • paprika

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion, garlic, and rosemary in oil.
  • 2 combine with beans, vinegar, and red pepper in food processor.
  • 3 season with salt.
  • 4 place in a 1 qt baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.
  • 5 bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  • 6 serve with crackers.
