Chili Cheese Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped pitted ripe olives, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken or 1/2 cup shrimp
  • 10 flour tortillas, 7- to 8-inch

Recipe

  • 1 in large mixing bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
  • 2 add mozzarella cheese, sour cream, olives, green chile peppers, and salsa.
  • 3 beat until well combined. stir in spinach and chicken.
  • 4 spread about 1/2 cup of mixture over each tortilla. roll up tightly.
  • 5 arrange on baking sheet or tray. cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
  • 6 to serve, trim ends of roll-ups. cut each into 5 to 6 slices.
  • 7 arrange slices, cut side up, on a serving tray.
