Chili Cheese Wraps

Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (4 1/4 ounce) can chopped pitted ripe olives, drained
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chili peppers
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup diced cooked chicken or 1/2 cup shrimp
- 10 flour tortillas, 7- to 8-inch
Recipe
- 1 in large mixing bowl beat cream cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth.
- 2 add mozzarella cheese, sour cream, olives, green chile peppers, and salsa.
- 3 beat until well combined. stir in spinach and chicken.
- 4 spread about 1/2 cup of mixture over each tortilla. roll up tightly.
- 5 arrange on baking sheet or tray. cover with plastic wrap and chill for 1 to 4 hours.
- 6 to serve, trim ends of roll-ups. cut each into 5 to 6 slices.
- 7 arrange slices, cut side up, on a serving tray.
