Blue Stilton Savouries

Ingredients
- 100 g flour
- 100 g unsalted butter, chilled and cubed
- 100 g stilton cheese, crumbled
- 1 egg, beaten
- 75 g walnuts, chopped
Recipe
- 1 put the flour, butter and stilton in a food processor and mix briefly to form a smooth dough. you may also knead all the ingredients together by hand. wrap and chill for 1 hour or until firm.
- 2 lightly grease some baking sheets.
- 3 roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thick. cut into 2 inch squares, then cut the squares in half diagonally to make triangles.
- 4 place on the baking sheets and chill for 10 minutes.
- 5 preheat oven to 190c/375°f.
- 6 brush with the beaten egg and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
- 7 bake 5-7 minutes, or until golden.
- 8 transfer to wire rack to cool.
