Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cups teri yakisoba sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- sea salt
- fresh cracked pepper
Recipe
- 1 hand pound and slice chicken breast into 2-3 oz strips.
- 2 marinate in teriyaki sauce,canola oil, and mirin overnight.
- 3 place chicken on water soaked wooden skewers
- 4 fire grill.
- 5 glaze with teri yaki sauce while grilling.
- 6 season with sea salt and fresh cracked pepper.
