- 2 cups zucchini, peeled and shredded
- 1/2 cup dry breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon old bay seasoning
- 1 egg

- 1 allow zucchini to rest in colandar so excess juice will drain off.
- 2 combine with remaining ingredients and form into patties.
- 3 fry in oil over medium heat, browning on one side, then turn to brown on the other side.
