Clam And Shrimp Salsa

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 orange bell pepper
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 2 avocados
  • 4 (16 ounce) bags precooked baby shrimp
  • 1 (10 ounce) can baby clams
  • 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn
  • 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups clamato juice
  • 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
  • 5 -7 dashes tabasco sauce
  • 4 -5 limes

Recipe

  • 1 chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and put in large bowl.
  • 2 combine all canned items, shrimp, and juices along with cilantro and tobasco.
  • 3 stir it all together and chill for 2+ hours before serving.
  • 4 when ready to serve, cut up the limes and arrange on a plate with some chips and crackers.
