Clam And Shrimp Salsa

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 orange bell pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 avocados
- 4 (16 ounce) bags precooked baby shrimp
- 1 (10 ounce) can baby clams
- 1 (15 ounce) can sweet corn
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups clamato juice
- 2 teaspoons chopped cilantro
- 5 -7 dashes tabasco sauce
- 4 -5 limes
Recipe
- 1 chop all veggies into bite sized pieces and put in large bowl.
- 2 combine all canned items, shrimp, and juices along with cilantro and tobasco.
- 3 stir it all together and chill for 2+ hours before serving.
- 4 when ready to serve, cut up the limes and arrange on a plate with some chips and crackers.
