Chicken Enchilada Dip

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (28 ounce) can green enchilada sauce
  • 1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies, undrained
  • 1 (16 ounce) can black beans, undrained
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 2 cups mexican blend cheese, grated
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • tortilla chips or flour tortilla

Recipe

  • 1 bring a pot of water to a boil over high heat.
  • 2 add chicken breasts to pot.
  • 3 boil until throughly cooked and falling apart.
  • 4 shred chicken.
