Ingredients
- 2 lbs firm ripe cantaloupe
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 lemon, juice of
Recipe
- 1 pare cantaloupe and cut it into thin strips 1 inch long.
- 2 mix cantaloupe and sugar let stand overnight.
- 3 add lemon juice, cook until clear.
- 4 puor into hot sterilized jars. seal.
