Buffalo Perogies

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 package frozen potatoe and roasted garlic pierogi
  • bleu cheese salad dressing (optional)
  • celery rib (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f.
  • 2 spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 in a medium bowl, combine hot sauce, oil, and chili powder.
  • 4 add frozen pierogis.
  • 5 toss until well coated.
  • 6 arrange on prepared baking sheet.
  • 7 bake until golden and crisp, about 20-minutes, turning after 10-minutes.
  • 8 serve with blue cheese and celery sticks, if desired.
