Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup beer (sip the rest)
- 12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Recipe
- 1 blend together garlic, cream cheese and beer.
- 2 stir in cheddar cheese, blending until completely mixed.
- 3 chill at least 4 hours.
