Ingredients
- 1 -3 garlic clove, finely chopped and mashed
- 1 cup good quality beer
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 whisk together the garlic, beer, worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, mustard, and salt and pepper. add cheese one cup at a time and beat until smooth. pack into a 2-cup bowl or crock, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 24 hours. serve with crackers.
