B&c Olives

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • 28 large pimento stuffed olives
  • 2 cups grated extra old cheddar cheese
  • 14 slices bacon, cut in half
  • toothpick

Recipe

  • 1 cut the olives in half lengthwise.
  • 2 remove the pimentos and chop fine.
  • 3 blend the cheese and pimentos.
  • 4 stuff the olive halves with the cheese mixture.
  • 5 press halves together, wrap in 1/2 slice bacon and secure with toothpick.
  • 6 broil for 4-5 minutes on each side until the bacon is crispy.
