Ingredients

- 4 teaspoons lemon juice
- 16 ounces cream cheese (2 blocks)
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
Recipe
- 1 mix all together & chill 3-4 hours if possible, or overnight. serve with plain old fashioned coconut cookies (the $1 bags in stores).
