- 4 lbs lamb ribs
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring (optional)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together.
- 2 add ribs and marinate 24 hours.
- 3 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (check for doneness).
- 4 serve with rice.
