Chinese Style Spareribs

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lbs lamb ribs
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 beef bouillon cubes
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients together.
  • 2 add ribs and marinate 24 hours.
  • 3 bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes (check for doneness).
  • 4 serve with rice.
