Chili Bows

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups uncooked bow tie pasta (farfalle)
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe

  • 1 cook bows as directed on package just until tender; drain.
  • 2 rinse under running cold water; drain thoroughly.
  • 3 heat oil (1 inch) to 375f.
  • 4 fry bows, about 1 cup at a time, until crisp and golden brown, about 2 minutes; drain.
  • 5 mix remaining ingredients; toss with bows until evenly coated.
