Canned Hot Pepper Dip

Ingredients
- 7 green peppers
- 7 hungarian wax chiles (hot)
- 24 ounces ketchup
- 8 ounces tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 cups vinegar
- 2 cups oil
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 garlic cloves
- 2 large onions
Recipe
- 1 chop the peppers, onion and garlic; set aside.
- 2 mix all ingredients except peppers and bring to a boil.
- 3 boil for 10 minute stirring occasionally.
- 4 add peppers, bring to a boil again.
- 5 put into hot jars and seal.
- 6 enjoy!
