Brie And Cranberry Vol Au Vent Appetiser Bites

Total Time: 19 mins Preparation Time: 7 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 12 vol-au-vent cases
  • 1/2 cup brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce

Recipe

  • 1 put 1/4-1/2 tsp piece of brie into unbaked vol au vent case (fill case to just below top of pastry).
  • 2 bake approximately 12 minutes at 200c until case is browned and cheese is melted.
  • 3 when cheese is melted, top with 1/4 tsp cranberry sauce.
  • 4 serve immediately with copious amounts of wine!
