Beer Dip In-the-crock

Total Time: 2 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 1 cup beer
  • 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce
  • 2 lbs velveeta cheese (cubed)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in the crock pot. set on low and allow cheese to melt, stirring about once an hour. once melted and smooth, keep crock covered to prevent drying.
  • 2 i usually dip out small portions for each person.
