Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups chestnuts
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 small potato
- 4 stalks green onions
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 carrot
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
Recipe
- 1 grate of the vegetables.
- 2 blend all of the ingredients together into a find paste.
- 3 transfer mixture to a loaf pan. bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
