• 6 avocados, peeled and halved
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1/2 cup lime juice
• 1/2 cup tequila
• 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
• lime slice (to garnish)

Recipe

• 1 puréé avocados with honey, lime juice, tequila.
• 2 fold in whipped cream.
• 3 serve in compotes, garnished with lime slices.
