Ingredients
- 1/2 cup raw unsalted macadamia nuts
- 1/2 cup raw parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups olive oil
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil leaf
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon mountain pepper
- 1 teaspoon bush tomato
Recipe
- 1 puree the nuts, parmesan and 1/4 cup of the oil in a blender.
- 2 add the remaining ingredients and blend to a chunky paste.
- 3 serve on bread sticks or wattle seed blinis.
