Antipasto Wreath

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup pepperoni (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup pitted black olives (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil
  • 6 tablespoons roasted red peppers, divided (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • fresh basil leaf

Recipe

  • 1 mix cream cheese, pepperoni, grated cheese blend, olives, basil and 2 tablespoons peppers until well blended. shape into 16-inch log; wrap in plastic wrap.
  • 2 refrigerate 1 hour or until firm enough to handle. form into wreath shape on large plate.
  • 3 top with remaining peppers and parsley. garnish with fresh basil leaves. serve with crackers.
