Bourbon Bites

Ingredients

• Servings: 40
• 3 lbs hot dogs
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 1 1/2 cups bourbon
• 1 1/2 cups chili sauce

Recipe

• 1 cut the weiners into bite sized pieces.
• 2 in a medium bowl combine the brown sugar, bourbon and chili sauce until well blended.
• 3 in a large crockpot, place the weiner bites then cover them with the sauce.
• 4 cook on medium high for 3-4 hours.
• 5 these can be served directly from the crockpot or in a chafing dish.
• 6 they can also be made a day ahead of time and allowed to cook all night on low (my preference).
