- 16 ounces tri-colored pasta
- 1 small red onion
- 4 ounces black olives
- 1 cucumber
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 lb provolone cheese (cut up bite sized)
- zesty italian dressing (a little over 1/2 of a large bottle)
Recipe
- 1 cook pasta; drain.
- 2 add onion, olives, cucumber, tomatoes, and cheese.
- 3 toss with dressing just before serving.
