Chunky Vegetable Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 lb fat-free cottage cheese
  • 1 medium celery, stalk, diced
  • 1 medium carrot, diced
  • 1 medium sweet red pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
  • 2 season to taste and serve.
