Ingredients
- 1 lb fat-free cottage cheese
- 1 medium celery, stalk, diced
- 1 medium carrot, diced
- 1 medium sweet red pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup shallot, finely chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a small bowl; mix well.
- 2 season to taste and serve.
