Christmas Hors D'ouevres

Ingredients

  • pressed ham slices
  • cream cheese
  • 1 bunch green onion

Recipe

  • 1 wash thoroughly and dry onions with paper towels.
  • 2 cut onions just above the part, about the length of the ham slices.
  • 3 dry the ham slices and allow creme cheese to warm to room temperature.
  • 4 spread about 1/8-inch of creme cheese on ham slice.
  • 5 roll green onion in ham with creme cheese spread on it.
  • 6 lay down and slice into 1/2-inch pieces and serve on platter.
