Ingredients
- pressed ham slices
- cream cheese
- 1 bunch green onion
Recipe
- 1 wash thoroughly and dry onions with paper towels.
- 2 cut onions just above the part, about the length of the ham slices.
- 3 dry the ham slices and allow creme cheese to warm to room temperature.
- 4 spread about 1/8-inch of creme cheese on ham slice.
- 5 roll green onion in ham with creme cheese spread on it.
- 6 lay down and slice into 1/2-inch pieces and serve on platter.
