Chive 'n Onion Deviled Eggs

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 25 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese with chives and onions
  • 1 teaspoon milk
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons chives, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 place eggs in single layer in medium saucepan.
  • 2 add enough water to cover eggs by 1 inch.
  • 3 bring to boil.
  • 4 immediately remove from heat; cover and let stand 15 minutes.
  • 5 drain; rinse with cold water.
  • 6 place eggs in bowl of ice water; let stand 10 minutes.
  • 7 peel eggs; cut in half lengthwise.
  • 8 carefully remove yolks; place in small bowl.
  • 9 add cream cheese, milk, mustard and salt; mash with fork until well blended and smooth.
  • 10 spoon or pipe yolk mixture into egg whites.
  • 11 sprinkle with paprika and chives.
