Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 2 -3 mushrooms, cut up
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 sprig fresh parsley, cut up
- 3 -4 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- toasted baguette, sliced
Recipe
- 1 add all ingredients except baguette slices to a food processor; process until smooth.
- 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3 spread on toasted baguette slices.
