Chicken And Feta Pita Pizzas

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless skinless and thinly sliced
  • 1 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup sun-dried tomato packed in oil, drained and thinly sliced
  • 2 cups baby spinach leaves, rinsed
  • 8 pita breads
  • 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

Recipe

  • 1 in skillet, heat 1 tbsp of the olive oil over medium-high heat; sauté chicken for 5 minutes.
  • 2 add onion and sun-dried tomatoes; sauté until onions are softened and chicken is no longer pink inside, about 4 minutes. set aside.
