Ingredients
- 1 package pita pocket bread, sliced into 1/8's
- butter, room temperature
- parmesan cheese, grated
Recipe
- 1 slice open the pita-pockets.
- 2 spread both sides with butter.
- 3 sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and slice into 1/8ths.
- 4 bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or till lightly browned.
- 5 serve at once with horsey cheese or favorite dip/spread.
