Cheesy Pita Chips

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 pita bread, approximately 6 inches (2 oz.)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 ounce low-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f
  • 2 lightly brush pita with oil and cut into eighths.
  • 3 arrange the pita chips on a baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake for 5-6 minutes or until lightly browned.
  • 4 top with cheese and garlic powder, return to oven and bake for 2-3 more minutes, until cheese is melted.
