Ingredients
- Servings: 24
- 10 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, cut into 24 slices
- 48 triscuit crackers
- 3/4 cup pesto sauce
- 1/2 of a small red pepper, finely chopped
Recipe
- 1 cut each cheese slice diagonally in half.
- 2 spread each cracker with 1/2 tsp of the pesto.
- 3 top each cracker with one cheese triangle and small dollop of the remaining pesto, sprinkle evenly with peppers.
