- 4 1/2 ounces natural yogurt
- 4 1/2 ounces full fat soft cheese
- 2 scallions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons coarse grain mustard
- 3 ounces cheddar cheese, grated

- 1 place all the ingredients in a bowl & mix together. serve with sliced pita bread & raw vegetables.
