Ingredients
- 3 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup biscuit mix
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lb lean ground beef
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients.
- 2 crumble beef over mixture and mix well.
- 3 shape into 1 inch balls.
- 4 place 2 inches apart in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch baking pans.
- 5 bake at 400 degees for 12-15 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink.
