Cheese Crisps

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb butter
  • 1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 cups rice krispies
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 blend butter and shredded cheese together.
  • 3 add cayenne, worcestershire sauce and salt and blend inches.
  • 4 mix in flour.
  • 5 mix in rice krispies.
  • 6 squeeze mixture together to form a solid ball.
  • 7 break off walnut size pieces, form balls, and place on cookie sheet.
  • 8 flatten each with a fork and bake for 15 - 20 minutes until lightly browned.
