Cheese Crackers

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 8 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 put flour, salt and cayanne pepper in bowl of a food prossessor and blitz.
- 2 cube butter and cheese and add to flour mixture.
- 3 add worcestershire sauce and blitz until it begins to form a ball.
- 4 spread out a long piece of plastic wrap and dump mixture onto it (make sure it is long enough to spread mix into a rectangular disc). wrap up and press into shape. place in zip bag and refrigerate for at least 1/2 hour.
- 5 roll out between 2 pieces of waxed paper to about 1/8 inch deep. cut into desired shapes.
- 6 bake at 350°f for 12 to 14 minutes.
