Ingredients
- 1/3 lb flour
- 1/3 lb butter, softened
- 1/3 lb grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cream the butter and the cheese. add the flour and the salt. work the mixture together lightly. let dough rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. roll out to about 1/2 inch thickness and cut out individual biscuits with a small cutter, just about the size of a quarter. bake in a preheated 350 f oven for about 15 minutes.
