Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 cup sherry wine
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine all ingredients.
- 2 mix well until smooth, using an electric mixer.
- 3 transfer to an airtight container and refrigerate 8 hours to allow flavors to blend.
